The hotels and inns rooms

TURISMO, by filling the Hotel Reservation Form.
1 - Hotels and Inns rates
are in REAIS (R$) and are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT AND
INCLUDE TAXES AND BREAKFAST. Hotels and Inns rates
are subject to changes, with previous notification. Visit
the website www.oanda.com/converter
for information on the exchange rate for your own country.
2 - Payment shall be done
directly to the hotel. Some hotels and Inns accept major credit
cards and others cash only (US$ or Reais).
3 - Being a Colonial city,
major Hotels and Inns of Ouro Preto are Baroque large houses
of the 18th Century that have been remodeled.
4 - The rooms are equipped
with private bathroom, TV, refrigerator, telephone and some
of them offer swimming pool, restaurant and 24 hours room
service.
5 - Hotels and Inns check
in and check out time is 12:00 (noon), EXCEPT LUXOR OURO PRETO
HOTEL where the check in is at 2:00 pm.
6 - Accommodation can only
be guaranteed if a credit card number is stated on
your hotel reservation form (no-show guarantee).
The card number will NOT be used without your authorization,
in any other case than in a no-show situation.
Confirmation
Hotel reservation will be
confirmed through a Voucher to be sent by
PAMPULHA TURISMO, by e-mail, in some days after the confirmation.
Change or Cancellation
1 - Cancellations may be
requested, by e-mail, without any charges, prior to May
11, 2007. After this deadline, any
cancellation will be charged in 1 night rate.
2 - Please note that if you
arrive later than the requested day on your Hotel Reservation
Form and do not notify PAMPULHA TURISMO about any changes
(prior to May 11, 2007),
the hotel will be charging you all the requested days.
No Show
In case of No Show, PAMPULHA TURISMO will be charging you
in 1 night rate added with 5% services taxes.
